Any long-term activity program usually consists of many embedded in subprograms. Besides, the subprograms can be divided till one comes to the point of a simple action. Such action can be compared with a prick made by a needle. So, we prick a needle to our hand and immediately get a pain reaction. However, the example can be complicated a little. If we do it to test our pain threshold, then we have everything in order and we get what we actually expect. We can prick ourselves accidently and experience some unpleasant feelings, which will make us understand that this action was mistaken and we’ll try to avoid such situations in future. Nevertheless, there’s at least one more way. Supposed we believe ourselves acupuncture experts and expecting to get some treatment effect just experiences some pain. Therefore, we make a floater. Then we can go on experimenting and get the desired effect at last (or just imagine we’ve got it). Afterwards, subconsciously we’ll assume we’ve reached an efficiency point. This is followed by three ways to choose. (А) We’ll give up this thinking there’s enough acupuncture experience. (B) We’ll make it automated. For example, when we can’t sleep we’ll prick the then-found point with a needle now and again. (В) Having got this experience we’ll try to enlarge it. Given we found the point of curing insomnia, we’ll look for other points for morning vigor. Our curiosity can push us forward. We’ll go on-line and read some advice on acupuncture. In theory, we can enter a university and become licensed specialists, which means we’ll prick needles with understanding and efficiency. Thus, the efficiency (we call it hereby elementary) turns into success. But it shall be noted that if we are successful in some narrow practical area, we need much more efficiency of the things we do.
