Wine is the oldest food after bread ever made by humans. The wine industry, like the manufacture of other alcoholic beverages, has its traditions and many brands (from really cheap to extremely expensive). Thus, this significant part of the cultural heritage can’t be confined to the production of substances that intoxicate human mind. A consumer may like the taste of an alcoholic beverage and the thing called by the researchers the symbolic motives of wine drinking including the image and adherence to certain traditions of a local. Moreover, according to Pierre Bourdieu, a French sociologist, a choice of an alcohol beverage sort is a hierarchy marker. In other words, the character and the price of liquors, served at an event is a business card of the social class or a corporate culture type. Nearly to every nation different types of alcohol can symbolize some special events accompanied with dinner parties, reception, banquets, etc. Even Slavonic cultures where people are supposed to drink much vodka or other strong liquors don’t expect getting drunk as the main aim of such event. Besides, getting drunk isn’t welcome, but considered a violation of feast order. In many cases by drinking too much people close the door for further opportunities to take part in such events and risk to be excluded from a company initiating such parties.
